Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) is making progress on one of its most significant infrastructure initiatives, with the 1,635-km crude oil pipeline expected to begin operations by March 2027. The pipeline forms an important part of NRL’s broader expansion programme and is intended to strengthen the supply of crude oil required to support the refinery’s growing operations.
